REFUNDS & RETURNS
In the event of being unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund. Shipping costs & Import duties are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item to be returned in its original packaging and unused. What Happens When The Product Is Returned
We offer: Refunds, Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your Returns to be processed.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved, we will contact you to confirm the return option.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
